Site Availability: This website is the intellectual property of lingscollection.ie.You are not permitted to link to this website in an unfair, malicious, or illegal manner. You may not claim an association or endorsement with this website where none exists.

Privacy: All your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information provided by you must be true, accurate, current, and complete. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details lies solely with you.

Sizing: Please be aware that all sizes are in EU sizes. Consult our size guide for further details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at lingscollection@yahoo.com.

Pricing: Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Given the extensive range of products on our website, pricing errors may occasionally occur. Should you place an order for a product with an incorrect price, we retain the right to either cancel your order or proceed with it after notifying you of the price adjustment. Even if a confirmation email has been sent, we are not obligated to provide the product to you at the incorrect price.

Placing Your Order: We reserve the right to decline any order you place for any reason. All orders are subject to stock availability. You will receive an email confirming the acceptance and dispatch of your order.

Payment: No order will be processed until payment is made in full. Only one promotion code may be applied per order. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal.

Please note that the delivery address for your order will automatically default to your billing address, but you will have the option to change it before completing your order.

Cancelling Your Order: You may be responsible for all postage costs if your item has already been dispatched. To cancel your order, please send an email to lingscollection@yahoo.com stating your desire to do so.

We reserve the discretion to cancel your order for any reason. Refer to our REFUND POLICY for more information.

Returns: All returns and refunds are processed in compliance with our Refund Policy. Keep in mind that we have no control over the time it takes your bank to process the refund into your account. Once we have issued the refund, it is your bank's responsibility to complete the process.

We will not be held responsible if your order cannot be processed due to extraordinary circumstances, such as an Act of God or extreme weather conditions.
